Jack is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team and advises clients on a range of strategic corporate transactions.

Jack primarily assists clients with structuring, negotiation and executing private M&A transactions across a broad range of industry sectors. He also has experience with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring and general corporate and commercial matters.
