• Assisting in merger and acquisition transactions for clients across the health, education, aged care and commercial sectors. This includes developing MOUs, heads of agreement, conducting thorough due diligence, and participating in the negotiation of business sale and share purchase agreements.
• Drafting, negotiating and executing key commercial agreements, such as supply agreements, master services agreements and sponsorship arrangements.
• Structuring and establishing corporate entities, including private companies, trusts, commercial enterprises, incorporated associations and other governance structures.
• Providing corporate governance advice, guiding businesses through Board composition, constitution reform, ASIC compliance, shareholder rights and best practices.
• Navigating regulatory matters and contractual risk assessments.
