Sofija is an experienced Senior Associate in Russell Kennedy’s dispute resolution team with over a decade of post qualification experience. She advises and represents clients in all types of commercial litigation across state and federal jurisdictions and has experience acting for land lease park owners and senior living communities in VCAT proceedings.

Sofija’s litigation practice focuses on representing commercial and private clients in numerous types of disputes, including, leasing, building, franchising contract or debt related. She also regularly acts in matters involving misleading and deceptive conduct claims under the Australian Consumer Law, breach of contract, franchise disputes and insolvency related proceedings.
