Zachary Wilson is a Senior Associate in the Family Law team. He has worked in family law for over 12 years and understands the stress and emotions separating parties are going through.

Zachary has a keen interest in complex financial structures and the disentanglement of parties’ finances. He has also acted in difficult parenting and domestic violence matters in which therapeutic involvement is unavoidable.

Zachary’s clients value his compassionate, yet strategic and outcome-focused approach – they know he is always on their side. He fully understands that keeping clients informed and making them aware of all of their options allows them to have more agency in the outcome they reach. He is a confident advocate, with a thorough understanding of both the emotional and legal aspects of family disputes,

Zachary believes in considering all avenues for resolution, and in striving to achieve fair and amicable resolutions whenever possible, before resorting to fully contested litigated proceedings.

His experience includes regional, national and boutique firms. Prior to joining Russell Kennedy, he worked in London in the family law space, adding to his broad Australian experience.
