• Preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts of sale for residential, commercial, industrial and off-the-plan properties.
• Property due diligence for the acquisition and sale of residential, mixed-use, commercial and industrial properties. Including, more recently, reviewing titles, statutory certificates, plans and encumbrances for the acquisition of a multi-lot retirement village.
• Acting for local government in acquisitions and disposals of land, subdivisions and creation of easements.
• Acting for landlords and tenants in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial and retail leases, disclosure statements, deeds of surrender, assignments and renewals of lease.
