Claire is a member of our Government, Planning and Environment team and works across a variety of planning, environment, water, and compulsory acquisition areas. She regularly works for local and state government clients and statutory authorities.

Claire’s skills also encompass migration and refugee law matters as part of Russell Kennedy’s Pro Bono Practice.


  • Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal merits review proceedings in planning and environment matters on behalf of councils, private clients and referral authorities, including appearing as an advocate
  • Advising councils, statutory authorities and private developers in relation to a range of planning, environment and water law matters
  • Supreme Court proceedings in compulsory land acquisition matters and advising acquiring authorities in relation to the compulsory acquisition of land
  • Refugee and migration law (pro bono) at all stages of the visa process including judicial review litigation
