Paul is a highly regarded litigation lawyer, with extensive experience in recovery matters. He serves as Deputy Team Leader within our Dispute Resolution group. His practice has involved significant experience in insurance recoveries and in acting for major financial institutions in recovery matters and the enforcement of mortgage and other securities.

Paul is experienced in the provision of advice and the conduct of commercial and property litigation, the recovery of debts and dealing with related insolvency issues, to maximise recovery for his clients. He has supervised and managed legal recovery teams. In more recent years, Paul is regularly appointed by the VLSB+C, as the regulator of all lawyers in Victoria, to manage or audit external legal practices.
