Ellen is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team with significant experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and governance, foreign investment, contract negotiation, merger authorisation, equity capital markets and capital raising.

Ellen’s practice has involved acting for a wide range of public and private companies, family offices and insolvency practitioners transacting across a variety of industries, including health, aged care and retirement living, mining and resources, (precious metals, oil and gas), IT, manufacturing and property. Ellen also has experience acting for landowners in relation to wind and solar farms.
