Kyle is a projects and construction lawyer focused on the ‘front end’ procurement aspects of projects. With over 10 years experience advising on major projects in Australia and Asia, Kyle has an in-depth understanding of the building and construction industry. Kyle works with his clients to identify and manage legal risk and execute superior project outcomes.


  • Acting for owners, contractors, government and financiers in relation to a broad range of infrastructure projects in various industry sectors, including roads, rail, airports, gas, electricity and water utilities, social housing, universities, waste and resource recovery, renewable energy, residential developments and military facilities and installations
  • Experience advising on a range of procurement methods, including traditional methods (construct only), design and construct (D&C), relationship contracting (collaborative contracting, managing contractor and alliances), public private partnerships/project finance, and facilities operation and maintenance 
  • Specific experience advising the Commonwealth government on a range of construction and facilities maintenance projects over 10 years
