The RKWN is a broad network and welcomes all women within the inclusive sense of the word, along with the allies who support them. RKWN hosts a range of events both internally and externally, including functions for International Women’s Day, training sessions and networking events.
Diversity and Inclusion
RKWN supports the firm’s Diversity Equity Inclusion Strategy and specifically assists with initiatives focused on gender equality. These include advocating for equitable briefing, supporting the Gender Equality Committee and promoting flexible work and pay equity. RKWN contributes to the development and implementation of gender equality policies, protocols, and strategies, and is involved in learning and development activities such as unconscious bias training, equal opportunity training, and bystander/upstander training. RKWN helps celebrate significant days like Pay Equity Day and supports the firm’s commitment to zero tolerance for discrimination, bullying, or harassment based on gender, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for all employees.
