Patrick Conole is a lawyer in Russell Kennedy’s Government, Planning and Environment team. Patrick advises local government authorities and private clients across various sectors including environment protection, planning, waste management, resource recovery and local government enforcement.

Experience

  • Preparing for matters before the Supreme Court, Magistrates’ Court and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
  • Advising local government councils in relation to all aspects of carrying out a prosecution or enforcement matter in the Magistrates’ Court.
  • Advising local government and commercial clients regarding waste collection, transport, handling, treatment, reuse, recycling, energy recovery and disposal (landfill).
  • Assisting in matters relating to the Environment Protection Act, Planning and Environment Act, Food Act, Building Act.
