Lauren Millington is a Lawyer in Russell Kennedy’s Government, Planning and Environment team and practices across areas of planning, environment, land acquisition, and building enforcement. Lauren advises both private clients and local government bodies in how to achieve their planning goals, in relation to planning permit appeals, planning panel matters, DCP and PSP operations, acquisitions, GAIC and enforcement. Lauren works on disputes in the Magistrate’s Court, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Planning Panels Victoria, and the Supreme Court.

Prior to being admitted in Victoria, Lauren practiced in New Zealand representing indigenous groups for rights and land claims.
