Paul practices in commercial litigation and is highly experienced in solving contractual, regulatory, and governance disputes.

Paul’s practice focuses on strategic management of issues arising in large-scale infrastructure, waste and recycling, landfill, and construction projects, and property and contract enforcement claims, developing innovative and workable solutions.

Paul provides considered advice to Victorian local councils, statutory water corporations, and corporate and private clients, and has a keen interest in ensuring project management documentation is prepared and enforced so as to achieve contract objectives and protect clients’ interests.

Paul also frequently assists clients to initiate and defend litigation and alternative dispute resolution in all State and Federal Court and Tribunal forums.

  • Advising international clients and coordinating global injunction proceedings
  • Advising on contract disputes including breach of contract, damages claims, and enforcement of rights
