Paul practices in commercial litigation and has significant experience representing clients in building and construction disputes, breach of contract disputes, and property and insolvency claims. Paul provides practical and strategic advice to local councils, water authorities, and corporate and private clients, about litigation and alternative dispute resolution in all jurisdictions.

He acts for local councils in relation to contractual advice and disputes, with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects, waste and recycling issues, insolvency claims, Security of Payment Act claims, privacy, freedom of information, and a range of other local council litigation.

  • Providing advice on insolvency issues and other Corporations Act matters
  • Advising owners corporations and aged care and retirement businesses involved in resident and contractual disputes
  • Advising clients involved in property and leasing disputes
  • Acting for international clients and coordinating local litigation and simultaneous injunction applications in multiple overseas jurisdictions
