Erin is a litigation lawyer and acts on behalf of various government clients and statutory authorities. Erin advises these clients in the areas of administrative law, professional conduct, insurance litigation and personal injury.

Experience

  • Advising and litigating on behalf of the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety in respect of Supervision Order matters pursuant to the Serious Offenders Act 2018
  • Acting on behalf of government clients in court and tribunals in prosecutions and disciplinary hearings
  • Advising clients on statutory interpretation, administrative law, and natural justice requirements
  • Advising and acting on behalf of organisations in respect of Royal Commissions (including Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety)
  • Advising and acting on behalf of clients in respect of negligence and personal injury compensation claims
  • Providing advice on Intentional Torts (including assault, battery) and negligence claims
  • Providing insurance advice
