Erin primarily practices in government litigation with a focus on post sentence supervision orders and prosecutions. Erin has previously worked in-house managing complex and sensitive litigation in respect of negligence claims across a number of Australian jurisdictions and brings this experience to her role.

  • Advising on statutory interpretation, administrative law, and natural justice requirements
  • Advising and litigating on behalf of the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety in respect of Supervision Order matters pursuant to the Serious Offenders Act 2018
  • Advising and acting on behalf of organisations in respect of Royal Commissions (including Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety)
  • Advising and acting on behalf of clients in respect of negligence and personal injury compensation claims
