Tyler is a passionate employment law solicitor who has developed extensive experience across the full range of employment law matters, including advice on workplace change and restructuring, employment contracts, termination, and unfair dismissal actions, adverse action claims, preserving confidential information and intellectual property, enforcement of post-employment restrictive covenants, anti-discrimination actions, workplace health and safety and, workplace related advice, policy development and litigation.
Tyler enjoys working closely with employers to resolve issues in a practical and pragmatic manner and is uniquely placed to understand employers' commercial interests, having worked in-house as an employee relations practitioner at Australasia’s largest retail fashion group and at a large transport organisation.
