Jessica is sensitive to a client’s individual needs and adopts a personalised case strategy for her clients. She provides advice on complex property and parenting matters including high net worth asset pools, allegations of domestic violence and child abuse.

While Jessica has in depth experience in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia, she takes a collaborative approach with her clients and where appropriate explores alternative dispute resolution options to resolve matters amicably and out of court.

Jessica also works with clients on their estate planning. She advises clients on both simple and complex estate planning structures including those involving testamentary trusts, special disability trusts and vulnerable beneficiaries, powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardian.
