NEWS: Russell Kennedy’s M&A team acts for TaskForce on its merger with Windana

Russell Kennedy has advised TaskForce on its merger with leading community care provider Windana, creating a combined organisation that promises to deliver benefits for individuals and communities across Victoria. The combined business will continue to provide critical services for people experiencing challenges with alcohol and other drugs, family violence, mental health concerns and social disadvantage.
