Russell Kennedy Lawyers is delighted to announce that Clare Hesbrook has joined the firm as a Principal in the Sydney Wills and Estates team. Qualified as a lawyer in both New South Wales and the UK, Clare has specialised in estate planning since 2009, in both law firms and a Big 4 accounting firm. Clare moved to Australia in 2015.
A highly experienced estate planning lawyer, Clare’s specialisations include Wills (including bespoke Wills for High Net Wealth clients), testamentary trusts, probate and estate administration, trust administration, asset protection, succession of business interests and family trusts, superannuation, UK Inheritance Tax, UK succession and domicile issues, Powers of Enduring Guardian and Enduring Powers of Attorney. She has a particular interest in international estates and complex wealth structures.
Acting for a range of clients, Clare prides herself on providing bespoke solutions to ensure a smooth succession of assets at the relevant time.
Clare has a Diploma in Trusts and Estates and is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, the international professional body for advisers specialising in inheritance and succession planning.
