The focus of the fundraiser will be on women and mental health, as women experience some mental health conditions at higher rates than men.  The RKWN shares Beyond Blue’s commitment to tackling stigma, prejudice and discrimination associated with mental illness and to break down the barriers that prevent people from seeking support.

We are delighted to have Beyond Blue Ambassador and Olympic gold medallist, Leisel Jones OAM as guest speaker. Leisel will share how her successful swimming career did not make her immune to a decline in mental health, and her journey and commitment to wellbeing.

If you're unable to attend the fundraiser and would still like to support Beyond Blue, you can donate here.

100% of the proceeds of the fundraiser will be donated to Beyond Blue to be applied to community support services including the 24 hour hotline, web chat and email services.

Leisel will highlight the importance of these frontline services to assist people “to take the first step and get help”.
