Kylie Walsh, Principal and Michael Tsiavlis, Senior Associate, will take you through their practical tips for ensuring that decisions are made lawfully and that written reasons are adequate. This session will focus on best practices in administrative decision making including the importance of giving written reasons, record keeping, making findings of fact and how to explain the decision-maker’s reasoning process when giving reasons.
