Russell Kennedy has advised Benetas on the acquisition of Bridgewater Lake Retirement Estate in Roxburgh Park, in northern metropolitan Melbourne. The settlement took place in April 2022.
Benetas is a provider of retirement living and aged care services in Victoria. It acquired the Village from the Parks Group. The Estate comprises 156 ILUs with further proposed stages for development.
