Russell Kennedy has advised Royal Freemasons Homes of Victoria on the divestment of part of its residential aged care and seniors living portfolio.
Redmond Park, Carlton and Streeton Park, Heidelberg, two high end flagship retirement living communities were sold to Aveo Group earlier this year.
Residential Aged care facilities at Bacchus Marsh and Flemington, a co-located aged care and retirement community at Ballarat, and the Berwick Brae retirement community were sold to mecwa over a period of three months recently.
Estia Group purchased residential aged care facilities at Ballarat and Benalla on 1 October 2023.
The team was led by Principals, Solomon Miller, (Aged Care / Corporate Advisory / M&A) and Rosemary Southgate (Property / Retirement Living) as well as Kathryn Bastounas, Associate and Michael Webster, Lawyer.
