Reform of Victoria's Subordinate Environment Legislation

Stefan Fiedler and Peter Healy

Victoria’s environment subordinate legislation has been reformed and consultation is open to 31 October 2019.

Stefan Fiedler, Principal in the Government, Planning & Environment team, has identified important considerations and provided high level analysis.

This will be of interest to State Government, Local Government, Water Corporations, Industry and anyone who owns, develops and invests in land in Victoria.
