Who should attend this webinar: HR staff members, payroll, business owners and directors.

Earlier this year, the Victorian Government published an exposure draft of regulations to amend the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 to specifically address psychological health. While the commencement date remains up in the air, the proposed regulations are expected to impose a number of new obligations on Victorian employers, including reporting obligations and prevention plans.

Our webinar will:

  • outline the new obligations for Victorian employers;
  • use some likely scenarios to explore what compliance would look like in practical terms; and
  • identify the key measures that employers should have in place.

The presenters will be Anthony Massaro, Principal, and Kelly Ralph, Senior Associate, in Russell Kennedy’s Workplace Employment and Safety team.
