Please join us online for a workshop to discuss document service requirements relevant to individuals and body corporates under various legislation including:

  • Planning and Environment Act 1987;
  • Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008; 
  • Domestic Animals Act 1994; 
  • Food Act 1984;
  • Water Act 1989;
  • Local Government Act and Local Laws; and 
  • Evidence Act 2008. 

The workshop is intended to be a forum for regulators to address the requirements and challenges of service including the pitfalls of incorrect service.

The workshop series will be delivered by a combination of the Russell Kennedy's expert Prosecutions and Enforcement team.

We are utilising Zoom to run this webinar. Zoom is free to download and can be viewed from your PC/mobile device. 

The live webinar is free to attend and attendees will be sent a link to log into the live webinar room 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Daniel also provides advice and training to Local Government on these areas.
