Kylie Walsh and Daniel Silfo discussed the amendments to the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 that arise from the Justice Legislation Amendment (Criminal Procedure Disclosure and Other Matters) Act 2022 (Vic) introduced as a result of the Royal Commission into the Management of Police Informants.
