Russell Kennedy Lawyers is delighted to announce that Simone Green joined the firm in late 2023 as a Principal in the Family Law team. Simone is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law with the Law Society of NSW, with over 18 years experience as a Family Law Solicitor in all areas of Family Law practice.
Simone is also trained in Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice and is an active member of Collaborative Professionals NSW, the Central Sydney Collaborative Forum and Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals and is passionate about resolving disputes wherever possible and maximizing the best outcome for her clients and their families.
Simone advises on Binding Financial Agreements and other areas of family law ranging from negotiating amicable to highly contentious and complex settlements for both financial and parenting disputes. She is also a skilled family law litigator for those cases which are unable to be resolved without judicial intervention.
