Russell Kennedy Lawyers appoints principal to Property & Development team
Russell Kennedy Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of, Stella Wild, based in Melbourne, as a Principal in the firm’s Property & Development team.
With more than 20 years’ experience Stella joins Russell Kennedy from Maddocks having also worked in-house for a national retailer and property developer. Stella‘s practice is focused on leasing and licencing, she acts for both government and private sector landlords and tenants. Her clients include retailers in respect of their leases across Australia and various landlords in respect of their leasing portfolios. She also specialises in lease disputes drawing upon her experience as a property litigator in the United Kingdom.
