Kylie Walsh and Daniel Silfo will discuss the amendments to the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 that arise from the Justice Legislation Amendment (Criminal Procedure Disclosure and Other Matters) Act 2022 (Vic) introduced as a result of the Royal Commission into the Management of Police Informants.

  • Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Act 2009.
  • Disclosure certificates.
  • Disclosure obligations.

Kylie and Daniel will also provide a refresher on disclosure obligations in criminal proceedings and how an informant can discharge those obligations.
