The Russell Kennedy Women's Network invites you to celebrate International Women's Day.

The theme this year is #BreakTheBias.

Connect with women and allies in support of this annual celebration of women's contributions and achievements, as we continue to commit to addressing impediments to gender equality. We want to empower our network to disrupt stereotypes and support themselves and others to be themselves and achieve their goals.

Be inspired by the diverse experience and challenging roles tackled by our guest speaker.

Your host, RKWN Convenor and Dispute Resolution Team Leader, Marika Hubble-Marriott, and guest speaker Elizabeth Murphy APM, will explore the barriers they have encountered as senior women and action taken personally and professionally to break the bias.

Elizabeth will generously share with us the risks she took and the mindset and skills she employed to break the bias and achieve success in senior roles in emergency services.
