Tamara is a commercial litigation and insolvency lawyer practising within the dispute resolution team in the Melbourne office. Tamara has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation having represented both private clients and corporations.

Tamara has appeared in a range of litigious matters in the Federal Court of Australia, and all jurisdictions in Victoria and NSW, with additional experience in other states and territories.

Tamara has also been involved in engaging experts, briefing barristers, attending various ADR conferences and negotiating commercial disputes. She understands the importance of providing commercial advice and finding cost effective solutions for disputes.

Experience

Representing a broad range of clients in complex litigious matters across all jurisdictions including Victoria and NSW and in the Federal Court of Australia.
Acting for private clients and corporations in commercial disputes and insolvency matters.
Advising a number of clients on general debt recovery options and enforcement measures.
Assisting and advising a number of insolvency practitioners in legal proceedings, including voidable transaction claims, and an application to recover trust property on behalf of a liquidator of an insolvent corporate trustee.
Preparing documents for clients in respect to cost assessment processes.
Experienced in advising property developers in Class 1 proceedings in the Land and Environment Court of NSW.
