Stephanie has a broad range of corporate and commercial experience including general commercial contracts, intellectual property, Australian consumer law, commercial disputes and corporate restructures. Experience

  • Drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, licence agreements, commercial leases, service agreements, terms and conditions of business, supply agreements and distribution agreements
  • Advising on corporations law, corporate governance issues and regulatory compliance, including governance processes and constitution reforms
  • Providing structuring and restructuring advice and establishing various corporate and trust structures, including private ancillary funds and charities
  • Advising and drafting trade promotion lottery and competition terms and conditions
  • Acting for buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisition transactions across a range of industries, including both asset and share sales and mergers throughout all stages of the transaction process, from legal due diligence up to and including post completion
  • Advising on privacy law and assisting clients to understand their privacy obligations and to implement the right policies and procedures
  • Advising and representing private and public sector and not for profit clients in relation to the registration, commercialisation and enforcement of their intellectual property
  • Advising in relation to all aspects of the competition and consumer law, including its application to the direct selling industry
  • Assisting clients to develop policies and procedures to deal with whistleblowers
