Commencing practice in 2017, Sandra has extensive experience in family law matters, including divorce, parenting disputes, property settlements, spousal maintenance, financial agreements, litigation and appeals in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Sandra brings valuable insight from her role as an Associate to a judicial officer in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, giving her a strong understanding of judicial decision-making and court processes.

Experienced in representing a broad range of clients, from legally aided to high-net-worth individuals, Sandra is committed to achieving practical and client-focussed outcomes in resolving their dispute.

Where litigation is necessary, Sandra is a strategic and experienced advocate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, in addition to other jurisdictions including the Local Courts and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.


Experience

  • Representing and advising in complex parenting disputes involving allegations of family violence and risk issues, including proceeding to urgent hearings of matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
  • Acting in high-asset financial proceedings, including matters involving third party interests and overseas assets.
  • Advising on and drafting financial agreements before and during the relationship and post-separation.
  • Advising on Child Support matters including binding child support agreements.
  • Representing clients at private mediations, court-ordered family dispute resolution and conciliation conferences.
