Rachel is a litigation lawyer working within the Dispute Resolution team. Rachel has broad litigation and general commercial law experience having represented clients in all major Victorian Courts and Tribunals.

Rachel has also practised in-house as a Corporate Lawyer. At all times Rachel is focused on meeting and exceeding client needs and requirements and aims to apply a commercial approach to all matters in which she is involved.


  • Acting for high net worth individuals, SME’s and large corporates in disputes involving:
    • breach of contract;
    • breach of the Australian Consumer Law;
    • equitable and proprietary claims; and
    • Corporations Act matters including shareholder’s oppression proceedings, winding up applications and applications to set aside statutory demands.
