Morgan advises independent schools across Australia on a wide range of workplace relations, education and safety matters, with a particular focus on managing staff and student issues in a legally compliant and child-safe manner. Her experience includes supporting schools in upholding professional standards, responding to complaints, and defending legal claims brought by staff, students and parents.

She has a strong understanding of workplace investigations, dispute resolution, and the interpretation of awards and enterprise agreements, and regularly advises on unfair dismissal and general protections proceedings.
Morgan is passionate about helping independent schools achieve practical and strategic outcomes and ultimately seeking to take the pressure off of schools in today’s increasingly regulated and media-centric school landscape.
Morgan was a Doyle’s Rising Star in 2025. Morgan sits on the Board of Kardinia International College (Geelong) and has a sound knowledge of schools from both the inside and out.
