As a result, Morgan has an in-depth experience of many aspects of education law.

Her experience includes supporting schools in upholding professional standards, responding to complaints, and defending legal claims brought by staff, students and parents.

Morgan also assists schools in managing student and parent relationships, ensuring mandatory reporting obligations are met and responding appropriately to allegations of misconduct to help eliminate the risk of child abuse.

She has a strong understanding of workplace investigations, dispute resolution, and the interpretation of awards and enterprise agreements, and regularly advises on unfair dismissal and general protections proceedings.

Morgan is passionate about helping independent schools achieve practical and strategic outcomes and ultimately seeking to take the pressure off of schools in today’s increasingly regulated and media-centric school landscape.

Morgan was a Doyle’s Rising Star in 2025. Morgan sits on the Board of Kardinia International College (Geelong) and has a sound knowledge of schools from both the inside and out.
