Isabella practices in the areas of administrative law, litigation and regulatory compliance and risk management, with a focus on aged care, disability and health.

She assists providers of aged care and of disability services to comply with their legal responsibilities including, as appropriate, under the Aged Care Act and in responding to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and / or the NDIS scheme.

She also assists on a wide range of personal injury and coronial inquest matters. This includes representing members of Victoria Police in high profile matters including those arising out of deaths in custody, police shootings.

  • Acting for people seeking asylum and refugees before delegates of the Minister for Home Affairs, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and in the Federal Courts and High Court for judicial review matters
  • Acting for people subjected to visa cancellation and seeking judicial review in the Federal Courts, including First Nations applicants impacted by the High Court decision of Love;Thoms
