Georgia is a litigation lawyer qualified to practise law in Victoria. Georgia advises government departments, agencies and authorities on prosecutions, disciplinary proceedings and enforcement functions.

Georgia has previously worked within the public service in government litigation and brings this experience to her legal role.

Experience

  • Representing government departments and agencies in Court and tribunals in prosecutions, enforcement hearings and disciplinary proceedings
  • Advising government departments and agencies on their prospects of success, and strategy during prosecutions, disciplinary and enforcement proceedings
  • Acting for the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and Boards.
  • Advising and appearing on behalf of the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing in child protection litigation matters in the Children’s Court of Victoria.
