Gareth primarily practises in the areas of commercial dispute resolution, risk management and legislative compliance (including statutory interpretation). Gareth has experience working in the banking sector as well as previously managing a small business. Due to these experiences, Gareth brings a commercial hands-on approach to his role as a lawyer.

Experience

Assisting in complex commercial litigation matters in the Supreme and County Courts.
Advising clients on administrative law and statutory interpretation issues, risk management and policy development.
Advising clients on consumer law issues, including compliance with statutory warranties and restrictive trade practices.
Advising aged care providers of their obligations under the Aged Care Act 1997.
