Eleanor is a lawyer in Russell Kennedy’s property and development team. Eleanor’s practice is focused mainly on leasing and licensing transactions, both retail and commercial.

She also provides advice in relation to subdivisions, owners corporations, restrictive covenants and general property sales and purchases. Prior to joining Russell Kennedy, Eleanor practised in a smaller commercial law firm where she was exposed to a variety of matters and brings her skills and experience to bear on her work at Russell Kennedy.


  • Representing high net worth individuals and medium sized enterprises in commercial leasing negotiations and transactions

  • Providing advice to landlords and tenants on leases governed by the Retail Leases Act 2003 (Vic)

  • Advising property developers on the modification or removal of restrictive covenants on title

  • Advising property developers on their subdivision and development projects

  • Preparation of contracts for residential and commercial property sales

  • Preparation of leases and licenses for commercial property
