Dinithi is an associate in the Wills & Estates team and advises clients on a broad range of estate planning and estate administration matters.

She has experience assisting clients with the preparation of Wills, powers of attorney, and superannuation death benefit nominations, as well as advising executors on probate and the administration of deceased estates. Dinithi also has experience acting in family provision (Part IV) claims and estate disputes.

Dinithi is known for her clear and practical advice and her ability to guide clients through complex and often sensitive matters with care and professionalism.

Experience

  • Advising and representing clients in family provision claims under Part IV of the Administration and Probate Act 1958 (Vic), including both defending estates and acting on behalf of eligible claimants.
  • Drafting complex Wills, including Testamentary Trusts, and preparing Powers of Attorney, with a focus on tailored estate planning strategies for individuals and families.
  • Preparing and lodging Probate and Letters of Administration applications, and managing the efficient administration and distribution of deceased estates.
  • Advising on asset protection and succession planning, including superannuation death benefit nominations and ownership structuring.
