Clare has over 13 years’ experience in Wills and Estates in both the UK and NSW and is a qualified solicitor in both jurisdictions. Clare is passionate about helping clients put their estate planning affairs in order and has a particular interest in international estates and complex wealth structures.

Clare is sensitive to her client’s needs and individual circumstances and provides tailor made solutions to ensure a smooth succession of assets at the relevant time.

  • Estate Planning for high net worth individuals and bespoke Wills for complex affairs;
  • Advising on wealth succession and asset protection;
  • Creating holistic estate plans for clients with international assets and heritage;
  • Advising on UK succession and Inheritance Tax issues;
  • Administration of international and complex deceased estates including intestate estates;
  • Preparing testamentary trust Wills. Enduring Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Enduring Guardian, Declarations of Domicile, Superannuation Death Benefit Nominations and Trust Deed Variations; and
  • Advising on succession of family trusts and superannuation death benefits.
