Angus Mackey is a lawyer in Russell Kennedy’s Government, Planning and Environment team. Angus advises private and government clients on planning, building, and environment law matters, and advises local government on prosecution matters.

Experience

Providing advice to local government councils, private developers, and objectors on planning law matters, including planning permit appeals.
Assisting in enforcement and prosecution matters relating to the Planning and Environment Act, Food Act, Building Act, and local laws.
Advising local government councils in relation to all aspects of carrying out a prosecution or enforcement matter in the Magistrates’ Court.
