The Russell Kennedy Women’s Network (RKWN) invites you to its annual breakfast to celebrate International Women's Day (IWD) with Melissa Green. Melissa is a Director of the Essendon Football Club and National Agency Lead at Facebook and Instagram.

The theme for IWD this year is #BalanceforBetter, to focus the world’s attention on gender balance. Balance is a business issue and it is important for creating a better working world for all. Please come along to ready to strike the #BalanceforBetter pose and do what you can to make a positive difference.

Reflecting on her vast experience, Melissa will be talking about what the women bring to the table and the benefits of being there.

Melissa Green 

National Agency Lead at Facebook and Instagram, Director of the Essendon Football Club

Melissa is a customer-focused commercial leader with over 26 years experience in the media industry. Today, her primary responsibility at Facebook is to help marketers understand the digital revolution, with the current opportunity of mobile, data and technology - utilising the Facebook family of apps. 

Melissa is also a current Director of the Essendon Football Club, member of their Essendon Executive Club & Women's Network Coterie groups. She also chairs the women’s football committee in the club's pursuit to field a women's football team in the AFL by 2021. She is passionate about growing the game for girls and women of the next generations.
