Russell Kennedy offers a range of aged care related template agreements, policies and related documents which have been carefully drafted to protect aged care providers and their clients, while meeting the compliance requirements of the Aged Care Act and other relevant laws (such as privacy laws and the Australian Consumer Law).

Every template, policy or related document below can be purchased as a ‘one-off’ document, and most of our templates are available on the Russell Kennedy Aged Care Agreement Subscription. Multiple purchasing options provide choice and value for our clients.

  • Subscription price includes standard updates to reflect changes to law - During the subscription period we provide updates to the Agreements at no extra charge as a result of legislative changes and updates in response to industry trends as well as decisions of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and other regulatory bodies.
  • Cost effective - A Russell Kennedy Aged Care Agreement Subscription offers our clients a cost effective way to have peace of mind that their agreements are always up to date.
