Russell Kennedy is pleased to announce the return of Kate Bartlett as Special Counsel to the firm's Property & Development practice.
A highly regarded property lawyer, Kate brings extensive experience advising local and state government agencies, Victorian statutory authorities, water authorities and private sector developers on a broad range of complex property matters. Her expertise spans land acquisitions and disposals, leasing and licensing, Crown land matters, infrastructure projects and development-related property work.
Kate is well known for providing practical and strategic advice on high-value and politically sensitive transactions. She has significant experience supporting Victorian councils and government entities on governance-intensive projects, redevelopment initiatives and complex land dealings.
Kate's return also sees her join a growing group of lawyers who have returned to the firm after gaining experience elsewhere.
