Russell Kennedy has advised Infinite Care on its acquisition of Autumn Aged Care, a four site aged care portfolio located in Victoria including Clovelly Cottage (Boronia), Bentons Lodge (Mornington), Skye Lodge (Frankston) and Hampton Lodge (Hampton Park, under construction). The acquisition furthers Infinite Care’s expansion into Victoria, following the recent opening of its new facility, Infinite Care Knoxfield. The acquisition brings the Infinite Care group to a total of 2,500 beds across 23 facilities throughout Queensland, South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.
The Russell Kennedy team was led by Principal, Solomon Miller from the firm's Aged Care / Corporate Advisory / M&A team with assistance from Donna Rayner, Principal (Property), Ellen O’Neil, Senior Associate (Corporate Advisory / M&A / Aged Care) and Phoebe Rutter, Senior Associate (Property).
