Russell Kennedy has advised The Frank Whiddon Masonic Homes of New South Wales (Whiddon) on its acquisition of Mareeba Aged Care.

Transaction Details:
Whiddon acquired the 119 bed Mareeba Aged Care facility from its prior owner, Baker Gordon Properties Pty Limited. Following the acquisition, Whiddon’s network now includes 23 aged care homes, 12 retirement villages, and a home care service operating in NSW and South East Queensland.
