Russell Kennedy Managing Director Paul Gleeson is featured in a series of interviews with leading law firms on the strength of the firms’ strategy and the growth plan.
In the article, titled ‘Travelling North’, Paul discusses Russell Kennedy’s sector-driven growth strategy and the recent merger with Aitken Lawyers.
Paul said that Russell Kennedy will: “build up the Sydney practice in areas where the Melbourne office has been strong, such as health and aged care, commercial work, corporate work, property and government”.
“I would like in five years for Russell Kennedy to be in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and be well established in each of those jurisdictions and be seen as certainly at least an eastern seaboard firm with a strong reputation in sectors that matter. It would probably be, if you’re going to guess at the size, at least half as big again as it is now.”
