In this live webinar, Ben Tallboys, Principal, and Morgan Smithe, Lawyer in the Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team will provide an overview of key issues relating to ill and injured workers in the workplace. This webinar will support those decision-makers managing ill and injured workers by balancing a desire to be compassionate against the obligation to act in the best interests of the organisation, including by managing workflows and ensuring leave entitlements are used appropriately.
