Jonathan Teh (Principal) 

Jonathan presented 'How to Implement Inclusive Governance - A Legal Perspective' and was also part of a panel discussion titled 'With our powers combined...' which will discuss Board Recruitment and Board Composition.

Jonathan brings experience in relation to business structures, including the creation and restructure of companies, trusts and not-for-profit organisations. Jonathan regularly provides advice on corporate governance, Corporations Act and procurement issues. He also advises clients in the health, government and not-for-profit sectors.

Dan Saunders (Senior Associate)

Dan presented 'Membership & Governance Design - Doing More with Less', where he spoke about a streamlined design option for organisational membership and board governance and discuss the legal requirements. 

Dan brings experience in all areas of general commercial, tax and charity law including establishing charities and advising on seeking endorsement as a deductible gift recipient (DGR). He has a wealth of knowledge in advising on trusts, corporate restructuring, tax concessions and endorsements, corporate and charity governance, strategy, regulation and compliance.

Boards, CEOs and Executives from various NFPs, aged care, disability, health and community services organisations attended the class, and gained insights on how to navigate the complexities of mergers and amalgamations.
